Common Questions

How do I schedule a meeting with my buddy/participant?

Go to your dashboard, find your match card, and click "Propose a Meeting". Select a date and time, add any notes, and your buddy/participant will receive an email notification.

I cannot log in to my portal. What should I do?

Request a new login link from the login page. Check your spam folder if you do not see the email. Magic links expire after 15 minutes, so request a new one if needed.

How do I update my profile information?

Contact our support team at support@theeducationalequalityinstitute.org with the changes you would like to make, and we will update your profile.

What if my buddy/participant is not responding?

Please contact our team. We can help reach out to them or, if needed, discuss finding a new match for you.
